Invitationals Print E-mail

What is an Invitational?

Invitationals are swim meets where one team hosts the meet and invites all the teams in the league.  Swimmers are not required to attend these meets; invitationals are in addition to regular meets during the season and are posted on a separate schedule from our HHAA swim meet schedule. All team members (including PreTeam) can sign up for these meets and it must be done on and individual basis. You may select a stroke or an event that your child may not swim in team meets.  Invitationals are great  for extra practice and to gain experience. Forms must be filled out and returned to Invitational Representative Susan Moore. All forms should be returned to Susan Moore by due dates. Forms are forthcoming from the Invitational Representative from our team as the Invitational date approaches.. Invitationals can be very fun and swimmers have lots of chances for ribbons and sometimes trophies.

HHAA Coaches will attend the following Invitationals: SWAC Fall Fun, CBAC Holiday Classic, CAC Odd Age, UMAC Last Chance. All other Invitationals will have a coach attend based on attendance from HHAA athletes.
